Job Responsibility

Slice and trim meat to required specifications in a safe and efficient manner, in order to deliver quality food safe products for our customers
This will include trimming meat from the bone, and trimming primal cuts, as well as slicing steaks, chops and joints from three species
Make sure products are butchered to specification based on the training that you receive, and will strive to be an expert, sharing your knowledge and experience with the team and supporting team members around you
Working flexibly to support all areas of the business, you will also follow other company policies such as health and safety, security, hygiene and cleaning
