Job Description:

Under the framework of the Department of Defense SkillBridge Program, Synergy ECP hosts active duty US military members for skilled employment training for up to the final 6 months of active duty obligated service. Experience firsthand what being a part of the Synergy ECP team is all about, while still receiving full pay and allowances from your military service.

Requirements:

  • Open to all qualified transitioning active duty US service members, both officer and enlisted, of any rank and any branch
  • Must have 180 days of active duty service remaining prior to date of separation and have obtained approval or be in the approval process from unit/command
  • Security Clearance (TS/SCI with polygraph) required for some positions
