Job Description:

Serve as a key resource for all recreation activities facilitated on the property at The Ritz-Carlton Bachelor Gulch. Provide information to guests about available recreation facilities, encourage participation in activities, promote safety, and maintain facilities while delivering luxury service standards.

Job Responsibility:

Serve as a key resource for all recreation activities
Provide information to guests about available recreation facilities
Encourage, recruit, register, and schedule guests to participate in recreation activities
Promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests
Promote rules and regulations of recreation facilities
Observe activity in recreational facility and respond to emergencies
Provide cashier services for point of sales transactions
Assist with hosting private functions and group activities
Identify unsafe situations and inform supervisor
Provide assistance to injured guests
Clean and maintain recreational facilities, equipment and supplies

Requirements:

CPR Certification
First Aid Certification
Recreation Equipment certification
Any certification or training required by local and state agencies
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
