Job Description

The Ski Valet is responsible for performing ski and snowboard rental, retail sales, and attending to guest needs at the Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole.

Job Responsibility

  • Performing ski and snowboard rental, retail sales, and attending to guest needs
  • Providing exceptional service to guests
  • Performing rentals, selling retail and imparting resort knowledge in fast paced environment
  • Timely delivery, retrieval, and storage of skis and equipment
  • Communicating with guests about gear, mountain and conditions
  • Processing payments on outlet POS system
  • Maintaining up-to-date inventory of all equipment
  • Multi-tasking and communicating effectively

Requirements

  • Positive attitude and detailed experience in winter sports
  • Excellent personal skills particularly when dealing with Guest Service scenarios
  • Previous ski shop, retail shop experience preferred
  • Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to lift up to 50lb
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Windows based applications and internet-based software
  • Must possess legal work authorization in the United States
