Job Description:

This established educational tour operator, specialising in ski and study tours are looking for a Contracting and Product Manager to join their growing team. You will be responsible for contracting, negotiating and supplier management, helping to contribute to the growth of the company.

Job Responsibility:

  • Negotiate competitive rates and secure accommodation contracts in ski resorts
  • Build and maintain supplier relationships
  • Research new ski destinations
  • Responsible for setting pricing structures

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in negotiating accommodation contracts within ski sector
  • Excellent knowledge of ski destinations
  • Willingness to travel to ski resorts for meetings
  • Strong interpersonal skills both written and verbal
  • Full valid driving licence preferred

  • Solicit, close, and contract group business using strong negotiating skills and creative selling techniques
  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to enable future booking activities, including sales calls, entertainment, FAM trips, trade shows, etc.
  • Conduct remote and on-site training representing assigned resorts, including arranging site tours and FAM experiences for our clients, team, and partners
  • Assist with product promotions, fulfillment, or troubleshooting within assigned resorts or for any assigned accounts
