Join our dynamic, diverse team at Four Seasons Resort & Residences Whistler as the Full Time, Seasonal Ski Concierge. Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver exceptional guest service by assisting with ski and snowboard equipment, including fitting and transporting gear
  • Provide personalized recommendations for ski runs, mountain dining, and resort experiences to enhance the guest's stay
  • Coordinate daily with Whistler Blackcomb to manage rental equipment logistics and maintain a seamless workspace experience
  • Transport guest ski and snowboard equipment between the resort and the Ski Concierge building at the base of Blackcomb Mountain
  • Ensure guests are fully prepared and equipped for skiing on either Blackcomb or Whistler Mountain
  • Maintain a professional and friendly outdoor presence, embodying the spirit of mountain hospitality

Requirements:

  • Experience skiing or snowboarding
  • Previous hospitality, retail and/or customer service experience
  • Must hold a clean BC Driver’s license
  • Must have excellent verbal and written skills
  • Valid work authorization for Canada
