Job Description:

A thriving and inclusive secondary school in Camden is seeking a dedicated Sixth Form Coordinator to join their team on a fixed-term basis. This school offers a modern approach to education, supportive senior leadership, and professional development opportunities. The role focuses on overseeing the sixth form, ensuring student success, wellbeing, and engagement.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee the daily running of the sixth form, ensuring students are well supported academically and pastorally
Drive attendance and engagement across the sixth form
Organise positive reinforcement initiatives, events, graduation ceremonies, and school trips
Champion student wellbeing and ensure all learners feel valued and included
Play an active role in creating a positive, ambitious culture for post-16 learners

Requirements:

Previous experience working with post-16 students is desirable
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage events and pastoral programmes
A proactive and supportive approach to working with young people
A genuine commitment to inclusion, wellbeing, and academic success
