Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Work Estimator to join our team. The Site Work Estimator will be responsible for calculating the costs of site work projects, analyzing project specifications, and preparing accurate estimates for labor, materials, and equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and site work, excellent analytical and mathematical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with project managers and clients.

Job Responsibility:

  • Review project plans and specifications to determine the scope of work
  • Analyze project requirements and create detailed cost estimates
  • Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure accurate estimations
  • Obtain and review subcontractor bids and quotes
  • Prepare and submit bids for site work projects
  • Track and analyze project costs to ensure accuracy and profitability
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of construction costs and market trends
  • Assist with project scheduling and resource planning

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field (preferred)
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Site Work Estimator
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and site work techniques
  • Proficient in estimating software and tools
  • Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented and organized
