Job Responsibility

Maintain site database to ensure seamless operations
Communicate with subcontractors to obtain service quotes as needed
Action requirements based on site reports
Responsible for essential services to remote sites including Water risk assessments, Fire risk assessments, Cleaning services, Fire extinguishers
Keep the remote sites calendar updated and coordinate visits
Maintain records of inducted contractors for remote site access
Conduct relevant training checks for site access
Manage the facilities helpdesk and document all site visits, works, and inspections
Step in for the reception team when needed
Assist in creating and maintaining the Facilities Department Inventory and PPM schedule
