We are seeking a Site Visit Coordinator to join our Business Process Delivery team, supporting healthcare providers in understanding and complying with Medicaid program requirements. This role combines in-person provider engagement with remote coordination and reporting responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a travel-based schedule while maintaining strong relationships with providers across a designated territory.
Job Responsibility:
Serve as a remote field representative responsible for managing and servicing a designated territory
Conduct scheduled and unscheduled face-to-face visits with providers to ensure adherence to Medicaid policies and procedures
Travel daily within the assigned territory, up to 3 hours in each direction from home, using a reliable personal vehicle
Maintain a strong working knowledge of Medicaid policies, internal processes, and available provider resources
Independently manage workload and territory using various reporting and tracking tools
Monitor personal performance and workflow to ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks
Establish and maintain positive, professional relationships with providers, peers, and internal workgroups
Actively participate in remote team trainings, workgroups, and collaborative initiatives
Meet all contractual and program obligations while promoting a consistent and professional presence in the provider community
Requirements:
Must reside in the Dallas, TX area
Reliable personal vehicle for daily travel
No visa restrictions
Experience in provider-facing or healthcare support roles preferred
Familiarity with state Medicaid programs
Ability to self-monitor and work independently
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working remotely and participating in virtual team activities
