Job Responsibility

  • Being the friendly face that greets visitors and directs them where they need to go
  • Managing incoming calls and ensuring messages get to the right place
  • Collecting, sorting, and distributing mail and courier deliveries
  • Handling daily mail pick-up and delivery between offices
  • Scanning and organizing important documents for the Office of the President
  • Researching owner accounts and preparing case files
  • Managing the conference room calendar
  • Assisting with shared inbox and case workflow management
  • Filing and maintaining organized records

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED (some college preferred)
  • Receptionist or office admin experience is a plus
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced office environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools
  • Someone who stays professional, composed, and positive even during busy moments
  • Reliable, team-oriented, and ready to jump in wherever needed
