Job Responsibility:
Being the friendly face that greets visitors and directs them where they need to go
Managing incoming calls and ensuring messages get to the right place
Collecting, sorting, and distributing mail and courier deliveries
Handling daily mail pick-up and delivery between offices
Scanning and organizing important documents for the Office of the President
Researching owner accounts and preparing case files
Managing the conference room calendar
Assisting with shared inbox and case workflow management
Filing and maintaining organized records
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED (some college preferred)
Receptionist or office admin experience is a plus
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
Comfortable in a fast-paced office environment
Proficient with Microsoft Office tools
Someone who stays professional, composed, and positive even during busy moments
Reliable, team-oriented, and ready to jump in wherever needed
