Job Description:

As a Site Support Assistant at Edsential, you will play a vital role in maintaining the quality and functionality of our facilities at the Conway Centre. You will carry out a variety of maintenance tasks, assist with housekeeping duties, and support our catering team. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work and is keen to contribute to a welcoming and well-maintained environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Carry out basic maintenance tasks across the centre’s buildings and grounds
  • Undertake routine and deep cleaning of accommodation, communal areas, and offices
  • Support the catering team in meal preparation and maintaining kitchen hygiene
  • Complete compliance checks and preventative maintenance tasks
  • Assist with room setups for meetings, events, or activities

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in maintenance, cleaning or catering is advantageous but not essential
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work within a team
  • A proactive attitude and capability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Basic knowledge of health and safety standards is beneficial
  • First aid certification is a plus
