Job Description

The Site Support Administrator will join the Ads Growth Operations team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations for the office. This role supports a dynamic team environment, assisting with event coordination, new employee onboarding, and general site administration, while also providing limited administrative support to a senior leader.

Job Responsibility

  • Support day-to-day site operations, ensuring office spaces run efficiently and remain well-stocked with necessary supplies
  • Partner with IT Operations to coordinate onboarding and offboarding, including setting up new employee workstations and managing hardware logistics
  • Assist with planning and executing office events, meetings, and team-building activities
  • Provide general administrative support to department managers and team members, including scheduling, documentation, and internal communications
  • Prepare and submit light expense reports and assist with basic travel coordination (e.g., flights, lodging, itineraries) for a Senior Manager as needed
  • Support approximately 25+ employees (and growing rapidly), ensuring a consistent and positive employee experience

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Group Administrator, Site Administrator, or Office Manager in an enterprise/corporate setting
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships across teams
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive and solution-focused approach
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
  • Experience supporting managers with administrative tasks such as expenses and travel coordination
  • Proficiency in the Apple ecosystem, including macOS, Apple productivity tools, and collaboration apps
