Job Description:

Randstad CPE is looking to onboard Site Supervisor in Central Oxford to support one of our leading contractors. One of our leading contractors is looking for a skilled and proactive Site Supervisor to start immediately on a new build commercial project in central Oxford. This is a long-term role for someone who can hit the ground running and take full ownership of on-site activities.

Job Responsibility:

Supervising and managing trades and subcontractors
Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and in line with project schedules
Driving performance and proactively manage subcontractors to ensure they meet deadlines and maintain a high quality of work
Ensuring site safety

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Manager/Supervisor on commercial developments
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage project schedules and budgets effectively
Strong understanding of building regulations and health & safety legislation (e.g., SMSTS/SSSTS)
CSCS Card
First Aid at Work certification
Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK
