Multiple Site Supervisor roles have become available to lead on-site operations and drive project success across southern Tasmania. Site Supervisor duties include, overseeing daily site activities, managing teams, and ensuring projects are delivered safely and on time. As a site supervisor you'll play a key role in coordinating subcontractors, liaising with project managers and maintaining high standards of workmanship and compliance.

Requirements
Minimum of 3 years experience as a Site Supervisor across a range of civil projects including bulk and detailed earthworks
preparation, placement and finishing of concrete footings, slabs and pavements
retaining walls, carparks, footpaths and drainage solutions
Strong understanding of pipework, pavement construction and GPS set-out
Ability to prepare and implement SWMS and risk assessments
Proven leadership and team coordination skills
Construction White Card
Current Driver's Licence
Nice to have
Experience working on medium to large civil projects
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
