Job Description

Multiple Site Supervisor roles have become available to lead on-site operations and drive project success across southern Tasmania. Site Supervisor duties include, overseeing daily site activities, managing teams, and ensuring projects are delivered safely and on time. As a site supervisor you'll play a key role in coordinating subcontractors, liaising with project managers and maintaining high standards of workmanship and compliance.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a Site Supervisor across a range of civil projects including bulk and detailed earthworks
  • preparation, placement and finishing of concrete footings, slabs and pavements
  • retaining walls, carparks, footpaths and drainage solutions
  • Strong understanding of pipework, pavement construction and GPS set-out
  • Ability to prepare and implement SWMS and risk assessments
  • Proven leadership and team coordination skills
  • Construction White Card
  • Current Driver's Licence

Nice to have

  • Experience working on medium to large civil projects
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
