Job Description

As a key member of the Projects Team, the Site Supervisor will oversee the successful delivery of HVAC projects across the UK and Ireland. You will play a crucial role in ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards of quality and workmanship. Working closely with the Site Manager, you will lead site teams, coordinate subcontractors, and support the smooth day-to-day running of project sites.

Job Responsibility

  • Ensure full compliance with GDPR principles and company policies
  • Comply with all Health & Safety regulations and promote a strong safety culture on site
  • Direct, motivate, and monitor project delivery teams, including subcontractors
  • Understand and manage labour, plant, and material requirements
  • Report daily progress and any issues to the Site Manager
  • Work autonomously to make informed decisions and resolve on-site challenges
  • Maintain clean, safe, and organised working areas at all times
  • Support the preparation and maintenance of Health & Safety files
  • Assist in issuing and signing off permits to work
  • Uphold high standards across all site activities in line with company expectations
  • Supervise site teams to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to deadlines
  • Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and represents company values
  • Assist with snagging, project completion, and site clearance

Requirements

  • Clean Driving Licence
  • CSCS Card
  • SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme)
  • NVQ Level Certificate (relevant trade/construction)
  • Asbestos Awareness
  • Manual Handling
  • Strong understanding of construction methodology, particularly within HVAC projects
  • Trade background with relevant site experience
  • Sound knowledge of Health & Safety practices, including risk assessments and method statements
  • Understanding of CDM regulations and site H&S documentation
  • Ability to take ownership of projects and manage day-to-day site activities
  • Good decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Clear and effective communication skills
  • Ability to lead teams and maintain high standards on site
