Job Description

We are recruiting a Site Supervisor to supervise social housing structural repair contracts in the West and East Midlands. Established for over 30 years, our client is a UK based specialist contractor, providing its social housing clients with innovative structural repair solutions, including: Concrete Repair & Protection, Masonry Reinforcement, Remedial Lintel Installation, and Remedial Wall Tie Installation. They are currently looking for a Site Supervisor (Structural Repairs) to join the Projects team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing essential site supervision of social housing structural repair contracts in the Midlands.

Requirements

  • Have a general building or relevant trade background in brickwork, concrete repairs, or groundworks
  • Have previous building industry experience in a supervisory / managerial role
  • Have a Skilled Worker or Manager CSCS card, SSSTS or SMSTS and other relevant H&S training
  • Have a driving licence valid in the UK
  • Be willing to travel
  • Be willing to work at height
  • Have knowledge of the Building Regulations, including the Building Safety Act
  • Have strong interpersonal skills, particularly when interacting with social housing residents
