Site Storeman

• Receive, inspect, and record deliveries of materials and equipment
• Organize and maintain the store area to ensure cleanliness, safety, and accessibility
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies to the relevant departments
• Issue tools, equipment, and materials to site personnel as required
• Maintain accurate inventory records using manual logs or digital systems
• Coordinate with suppliers and site teams to ensure timely delivery and dispatch
• Conduct regular stock checks and audits
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the storage area
• Assist with loading/unloading and transportation of goods when necessary
• Report damaged or faulty items and arrange for replacements or repairs

• Previous experience in a storekeeping or warehouse role, preferably in a site-based environment
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Basic IT skills for inventory management systems
• Ability to lift and move heavy items safely
• Forklift license or other relevant certifications (desirable)
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of health and safety procedures
