Job Responsibility:

  • Be the first point of contact for all site-based customer enquiries
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and digital enquiries
  • Offer expert guidance on suitable products and services
  • Accurately process hires, off-hires, and amendments
  • Identify opportunities to add value to each order
  • Help build strong, lasting relationships with regular site contacts
  • Monitor customer satisfaction
  • Escalate service challenges early
  • Ensure all transactions are completed to the highest standard

Requirements:

  • Experience in a sales or customer service role (hire, construction, or service-based industries preferred)
