Job Description

We're seeking a hands-on Site Services Team Leader to supervise a small engineering team responsible for critical site infrastructure. You'll lead and coordinate maintenance across boilers, refrigeration, utilities, air handling systems, pipework, and effluent plant, ensuring high standards of performance, safety, and reliability. A great opportunity for a hands-on leader to take ownership of site services, manage a skilled team, and make a real operational impact-all Monday to Friday.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and support the Site Services team to complete daily tasks and PPMs
  • Monitor performance, report KPIs, and escalate issues
  • Manage contractors, permits, and compliance checks
  • Maintain plant rooms and equipment to top standards
  • Drive team development and share technical knowledge

Requirements

  • Proven team leadership in a maintenance/engineering environment
  • Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge, ideally in manufacturing/FMCG
  • Experience with chilled plant or utility systems preferred
  • IT literate
  • experience with maintenance systems advantageous
  • Proactive, organised, and results-driven
  • BOAS (Boiler Operation Accreditation Scheme)
  • Asbestos Awareness
  • Refrigeration plant experience
