Job Description:

Peabody is currently seeking Site Services Personnel to join our team at the Coppabella Moorvale Joint Venture (CMJV). The CMJV complex consists of three open‑cut mining operations located approximately 140 km southwest of Mackay, producing premium low‑volatile pulverised coal (LV‑PCI) for export markets. Reporting to the Pumps and Site Services Supervisor, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys a dynamic work environment with a high level of task variety. We are looking for a reliable, hands‑on individual who takes pride in maintaining site facilities and supporting operational readiness.

Job Responsibility:

  • Building maintenance and repairs
  • Grounds keeping and general facilities upkeep
  • Basic plumbing repairs
  • Services installation, trenching and excavation
  • Site access road maintenance and repairs
  • General support across the broader Site Services team

Requirements:

  • Trade qualification as a Carpenter
  • Experience operating civil/ancillary equipment
  • Flexibility and adaptability – daily tasks will vary depending on site needs
