• Leading on-site operations
• Implement building management procedures and monitor performance measures ensuring consistent superior standards
• Boost onsite operations by promoting best practices and creating better processes
• Actively promote adherence to health and safety standards
• Manage client relationships
• Be the go-to person for any facilities related concerns
• Responsible for financial operations, managing budgets and accurately forecasting
• Manage and coordinate vendors and suppliers
• Support our people’s growth and development through effective coaching and guidance

• Ensure that the team is constantly motivated, and that trust and ethical practices prevail

• Eight plus years of relevant experience of property management
• Experience of managing commercial contracts and budgets
• Goal-oriented individual passionate about managing a successful team, maintaining a safe working environment, with strong vendor management practices
• Self-motivated and quick-thinking facilities manager who can solve problems creatively, with holistic methods and approaches
• Well-organised leader who anticipates future requirements, plans in advance and constantly stays ahead of deadlines
