Site Services Engineer

As a Site Services Engineer, you will play a vital role in keeping our Salisbury bakery safe, compliant, and running efficiently. Working as part of a small but highly skilled team, you’ll be responsible for maintaining all site utilities and building services—including electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, fire systems, water testing, emergency lighting, and general facilities maintenance. Reporting to the Engineering Shift Lead, this role is hands-on and technically varied, combining planned and reactive maintenance, statutory testing, documentation management, and contractor coordination. You’ll support production teams by ensuring essential services remain reliable and compliant, contributing to a safe and effective operating environment.
