Job Description:

Join Our Team as a Site Security Manager. We look for someone who will work collaboratively as part of the contracts management team to oversee the day-to-day operational management of their allocated site(s) in line with contractual expectations.

Job Responsibility:

  • To act as a key security contact for all daily operational security matters liaising with the Security Operations managers
  • To work in partnership with the Security Operations Management team and service partners, ensuring that all aspects of site security requirements are effectively managed, maintained, supported and represented
  • Strong communication skills enabling effective communication both directly and indirectly with individuals at different levels
  • Ensure the site remains SIA compliant

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience at Site Manager level
  • Highly developed interpersonal, literacy and numeracy skills
  • The ability to adapt rapidly to different WJ / client requirements
  • Proven management experience including business management
  • Strong understanding of their own emotional intelligence as well as understanding others around them
  • Smart and of good character
  • Proven customer service experience in the security industry
  • A flair for problem solving and multi-tasking
  • Good IT skills and competent in the use of Microsoft Office
  • Experience in planning, mobilizing and managing projects including the management of teams/sub-contractors and client relationships
  • Experience with security, access control and CCTV systems
  • Ability to remain calm and professional during demanding and potentially confrontational incidents
  • Ability to make time critical operational decisions
