Job Responsibility

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location, including both interior and perimeter areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns
Observe and report any unusual incidents, hazards, or maintenance needs to the appropriate personnel
Maintain a visible presence to help to deter unwanted behavior and provide reassurance to building occupants and visitors
Collaborate with property management and Allied Universal team members to address security-related issues as they arise
Complete daily activity reports and/or incident reports as required by site procedures
