Site Representative

• Conduct rigorous site inspections to audit workmanship and ensure strict adherence to project specifications, building codes, and statutory requirements
• Lead site-level audits of WHS protocols and environmental controls, ensuring a zero-harm approach and legislative alignment
• Architect the end-to-end defect management process
• identifying, documenting, and verifying the rectification of non-conformances via Aconex
• Act as the critical interface between the Project Team, Managing Contractors, and Facility Operations to ensure delivery with minimal operational disruption
• Provide expert technical support during the commissioning phase, verifying asset data and build documentation for seamless facility transition
• Provide high-level, data-driven reports on site progress, emerging risks, and contractor performance to senior project leadership

• Trade or Tertiary qualification in a Construction, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Advanced, hands-on proficiency in Aconex for document control and defect management
• Deep knowledge of the WHS Act 2011 and environmental control frameworks
• Valid Open Driver’s Licence
• Ability to pass rigorous security vetting (including Blue Card/Police Check) for a Youth Detention environment
• Extensive experience in client-side representation or contractor management on large-scale infrastructure
• Advanced communication skills with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes
• Comprehensive understanding of the commissioning lifecycle and asset management information
• Current Australian working rights
