Requirements

Experience as a Site Manager, Client Rep or Construction Supervisor on major infrastructure or renewable energy projects
Utility-scale Solar experience preferred
however, candidates from substations, high-voltage T&D, or large-scale renewable construction will also be considered
Strong understanding of site based HSE processes, RAMS, quality standards and report writing
Ability to effectively manage contractors while maintaining an impartial client view
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Job Responsibility

Act as the full-time client representative on site throughout the 18-month delivery timeline
Monitor and enforce health, safety and environmental standards during all construction activities
Oversee and inspect work fronts to ensure compliance with design, quality standards and project specifications
Track and review construction progress against programme, identifying risks or delays early
Produce weekly progress reports highlighting status, risks, non-conformances and mitigation actions
Provide clear escalation and communication between the EPC, subcontractors and the client’s Project Manager
Participate in site reviews, walkdowns, readiness assessments and quality inspections
