Job Description:

Are you a seasoned Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with over 15 years of experience? We’re hiring a highly experienced Site Reliability Engineer to join our fast-growing tech team. This W2 role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in AWS, Kubernetes, Dynatrace, and DevOps best practices, looking to make a big impact in a high-performance environment.

Job Responsibility:

Design, implement, and manage highly available cloud infrastructure using AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda)
Lead Amazon EKS container orchestration and optimize Kubernetes clusters
Monitor and troubleshoot application performance using Dynatrace APM
Establish and manage SLOs, SLIs, and incident response protocols
Build automation tools to reduce manual processes and improve operational efficiency
Conduct root cause analysis and post-mortems to continuously enhance system reliability
Collaborate with engineering teams to embed reliability into the DevOps lifecycle
Lead and mentor a team of SREs, fostering best practices and a continuous improvement mindset

Requirements:

15+ years in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Systems Engineering
Proven expertise in AWS Cloud Architecture and services
Hands-on experience with Dynatrace, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring tools
Proficient in Kubernetes, MySQL, NoSQL, and scripting automation
Familiarity with front-end technologies like Angular, HTML, WordPress, and Backbone.js
Strong leadership and communication skills
ability to work cross-functionally
Experience with JUnit or similar testing frameworks
