Job Description:

Site Reliability Engineer role focused on Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Information Security space. Responsible for management, integration and operations of critical security infrastructure including token-based access management technologies, encryption systems, centralized network access control, and automation of role & identity access. The candidate will be a subject matter expert responsible for integration and delivery of critical projects defined by organizational goals.

Job Responsibility:

Manage franchise critical security application infrastructure from projects and integration perspective
Provide operations subject matter expert (SME) support
Ensure internal controls and compliance standards adhere to Citi policies
Perform system development lifecycle testing and validation
Automate repetitive processes and procedures using Ansible
Engage with strategic vendors, partners, and clients on improving authentication services
Work with vendors and internal support groups to keep technology stack current
Create complex project plans and perform impact analyses
Troubleshoot incidents and problems within SLA timelines
Document resolutions in Knowledge Base tools
Manage capacity, performance and stability reporting
Manage auditing and reporting capabilities integrated with enterprise logging tools
Identify and resolve issues through Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
Ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements
Operate with limited level of direct supervision
Act as SME to senior stakeholders and team members
Assess risk when making business decisions

Requirements:

6+ years' relevant industry experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Information Security
Experience with Identity Access Management on Public Cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Experience managing Enterprise Authentication products
Experience onboarding applications to OpenShift Container service environment
Knowledge of network concepts and CISCO networking devices
Experience with Enterprise application servers (IBM WebSphere, Apache Tomcat/HTTP Server, Tivoli Monitoring, Load balancer setup, Virtual IP configurations)
Experience in Ansible playbook creation for automation
Experience with Splunk Dashboard setup, RLM or Udeploy tool
Experience analyzing Authentication application metrics
Experience working in Linux-based environment (RHEL, Ubuntu)
Conversant in terminal commands and developing shell or Perl scripts
Experience with critical production server support and application upgrades
Experience with SDLC processes
Experience deploying Java-based/Node.JS-based Distributed Application environments
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or IT related field or equivalent work experience
Willingness to complete security certifications such as CISSP
Flexibility to work on weekends for production implementations

Nice to have:

Experience in Installing and managing APPs on UNIX/Linux OS
Deep understanding of Encryption protocols (Transport-Layer Encryption, Data Transmission, At-Rest Encryption, Key Exchange)
Experience in Multi-factor authentication and Biometric deployments
Familiarity with Analytical tools like Splunk, AppDynamics
Experience in Cloud technologies (OpenShift, Terraform, CI/CD Pipeline, micro services)
Familiarity with IT Service Management processes based on ITIL framework
Knowledge of Production network infrastructure (Firewalls, DNS, Load balancers, Proxies)
Familiarity with Compliance and Risk-management frameworks (ISO27002, SDLC)
