Job Responsibility:
Manage construction site Quality Requirements in accordance with project specifications, codes, and local laws
Lead and resource the Site Quality Team in alignment with project execution procedures
Establish, implement, and monitor the comprehensive multidiscipline Project Site Quality Program
Supervise Quality personnel conducting audits, inspections, testing, and surveillance activities
Coordinate and execute project audit schedules with auditors and auditees
Ensure project quality staffing with qualified and competent personnel
Provide training to site teams on construction quality control program implementation
Ensure subordinates are knowledgeable on project specifications, procedures, and quality processes
Develop and implement project quality policies and procedures

Review and approve contractor Quality Programs prior to commencement of work
Conduct surveillance of contractors and suppliers to verify compliance with procurement, design, and programmatic requirements
Ensure quality records and documents are accurately generated, maintained, and stored
Control nonconforming work activities through the project’s non-conformance procedure
Support resolution of non-conformance issues and proactively implement surveillance to prevent recurrence
Advise Site Manager when inadequate controls or quality risks are identified
Direct inspection and testing personnel in the execution of their duties
Monitor Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), ensuring continuity of inspection activities
Review inspection, testing, and surveillance outcomes for accuracy, validity, and compliance
Review site procurement documents to verify quality requirements
Maintain a complete file of inspection, examination, and test records
Identify and maintain all quality records required for Final Handover
Prepare periodic (weekly, monthly) QA/QC reports and project quality statistics, including Closeout reports
Represent the company on QA/QC matters with contractors, subcontractors, notified bodies, government inspectors, and internal/external stakeholders
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of Process Equipment, Piping Systems, Components, and Inspection methods
Strong understanding of Regulatory Compliance under the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED)
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation
Excellent attention to detail

Proficiency using inspection tools, software, and data systems
In-depth knowledge and experience in piping construction
Bachelor’s degree in Piping, Mechanical, or Process Systems Engineering
Minimum 15 years of experience in Welding Inspection and Quality Control
Experience working in the oil & gas industry, specifically Onshore Plants
Proven experience as a Site Quality Manager or similar site-based QC leadership role
