Job Description

As Site Project Manager, you are responsible for ensuring the highest quality of all site installations to achieve Operational Excellence and consistently meet or exceed customer service levels.

Job Responsibility

  • Compiling and submitting project status reports to clients, management and other stakeholders
  • Manage, monitor, and guide teams on site to ensure safe, successful and timely delivery
  • Attend daily site meetings with key project personnel
  • Ensure the planning of engineer's activities are in line with business KPI's
  • Manage the delivery of toolbox talks throughout the project
  • Carry out quality checks to ensure that work is being carried out to the agreed standard
  • Ensure all stock items are kept at the agreed levels
  • Manage and coordinate all site installations throughout the project
  • Ensure successful assessment, delivery, and installation of all products to customer site
  • Ensure accurate Risk Assessments and Lifting methodology is in place for each contract lift
  • Ensure all required Site Assessments and Appointed Person Lift Plans are completed in accordance with company guidelines
  • Liaise and communicate with all required parties within Nixon Hire and preferred third party suppliers to ensure a fully compliant and successful site installation
  • Manage and promote brand consistency and quality throughout the business
  • Ensure that a post-delivery assessment is completed, and all issues are remedied in a timely manner
  • Ensure personal knowledge of product and legislation developments that could affect delivery to customers

Requirements

  • Experience in site management is essential
  • You should have strong organisational skills
  • You should have strong leadership skills and a keen understanding of customer service principles
  • You should have experience of managing a team, maximising operational excellence and surpassing key performance indicators
  • A full driving license is required

Experience working in our industry is desirable but not essential
