Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Site Project Manager . This is a full-time, fixed term position for 12 months in Exeter. The salary is £28,000 p.a.

Job Responsibility

  • Maintain and regularly update the Migration Report to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Adhere to the 12-week KPI timeline and meet all associated targets
  • Populate data with 100% accuracy, ensuring high data integrity at all times
  • Provide daily & weekly progress updates to the Project Manager
  • Conduct compliance checks on property data and escalate any missing certifications to the Compliance Manager
  • Ensure the Migration Report is fully complete, with no missing or incomplete data fields
  • Liaise with Property Managers, Compliance, and Accounts teams to clarify and verify data
  • Take full ownership and accountability for the Migration Report, ensuring its quality and timely delivery

Requirements

  • Able to demonstrate a proven track record of success in a similar role within the property management function of a residential lettings agent
  • IT literate – Word, Excel and preferably experienced in using a relevant CRM system

  • A track record of providing a consistent excellent service
