Job Description:

The Silleno project is a large-scale polyethylene production facility under construction in Kazakhstan’s Atyrau region, aiming to produce 1.25 million tons annually. It seeks to reduce import dependency, boost exports, and create thousands of jobs while contributing about 1% to global polyethylene output. SPL reports to the Site Control Manager. SPL ensures Construction planning by controlling deviations and prepares the reports.

Job Responsibility:

Develop the Construction Schedule within the period established in the Project Schedule
Prepare the standard man-hour estimates based on the design quantities and the established WBS
Feed Schedule with estimated standard Manhours to obtain the Progress Curves and Manpower Histograms
Ensure that the schedules developed by the Subcontractors, as per their contractual obligations, are in alignment with the Level 4 Construction Schedule
Perform schedule control at the cut-off dates and provide a forecast on completion dates especially if any adverse trends occur so that the recovery plan can be effectively enforced
Assess physical progress at the cut-off dates, taking note of any evidence of deviations from the baseline and suggesting the remedial actions, if any

Requirements:

University Degree or Diploma in relevant discipline or equivalent
Similar role covered in projects that are of a comparable size
Fluent English
Excellent IT and analytical skills
Excellent communications, team-oriented and interpersonal skills
Attention to details
Self-motivation and direction, with a strong bias toward timely performance and problem resolution
Only spontaneous candidates with significant experience, consistent with the relevant field and the right to work in EU will be considered for this position
