As a Site Operations Intern at Snappr in Metro Manila, you'll support the HR Operations team by handling administrative tasks, employee engagement, and timekeeping. This internship provides valuable practical training and exposure to employee experience management in a fast-paced tech environment.
Job Responsibility:
Help in pre-onboarding to offboarding requirements such as documentation, scheduling, and tracking
Assist in maintaining employee data in HRIS systems and ensuring accuracy
Support in meeting documentation (Minutes of Meeting) and other administrative ad-hoc task
Create Contents for Learning and Development Team
Assist in planning and executing engagement activities to boost workplace culture
Track and monitor employee attendance and timekeeping reports
Perform general operations and administrative support as needed
Hustle - take ownership of Snappr's growth and do whatever it takes to get the job done
Requirements:
Experience in leading school projects or student organizations is a PLUS
