Job Description

Deliveroo Editions brings the best of the local food scene to customers everywhere via bespoke delivery-only kitchens. As an Operations Associate, you’ll work with the Site Manager, Assistant Manager, and restaurant partners to ensure smooth day-to-day site operations—including maintaining kitchens, meeting health, safety, and hygiene standards, managing stock, supporting dine-in areas, and enhancing both kitchen and site efficiency.

Job Responsibility

  • Ensure the site remains fully operational at all times
  • Support Head Chefs in maximizing operational efficiency
  • Liaise with restaurant account management and rider operations teams to drive overall site performance
  • Lead on-site training, development, and career progression initiatives
  • Oversee all site logistics
  • Effectively handle conflict, operational, and logistical challenges
  • Maintain a calm and solution-focused approach under pressure

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment, such as contract catering, operations, events, or restaurants
  • Willingness to work shifts, including weeknights and weekends
  • Physically demanding role
  • Confident and friendly in guest-facing situations, with experience in a Front of House environment within dine-in areas
  • Possess a can-do, resilient mindset and a strong desire to grow
  • Fluency in English is required
