We are seeking an experienced Site Mechanical Engineer specializing in building projects to join our team at one of the leading construction companies. In this role, you will oversee the installation of mechanical systems within building projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and industry standards. The successful candidate will be instrumental in executing mechanical works efficiently on-site, delivering high-quality results that meet project timelines and budgets.

Job Responsibility

  • Oversee daily on-site mechanical work, ensuring it follows approved plans and safety standards
  • Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure mechanical systems integrate well with the building
  • Supervise contractors, ensuring work is completed on schedule and within budget
  • Conduct inspections to verify correct installation and resolve any issues
  • Provide technical support during construction and post-construction phases
  • Manage procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery
  • Report progress and updates to project managers and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position, with specialization in construction site man
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage and adhere to schedules
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail, ensuring the quality and integrity of mechanical systems
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Proficiency in engineering design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and project management tools
