Job Description

Mint Selection is supporting renewable energy construction projects and is looking to connect with experienced Site Managers for upcoming contract opportunities. These positions will suit professionals with experience overseeing site activities, contractor management, and health and safety compliance within fast paced renewable energy environments.

Job Responsibility

  • Oversee day to day site operations across renewable energy construction projects
  • Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, and site activities to ensure efficient project delivery
  • Ensure works are completed in line with drawings, specifications, and HSE standards
  • Monitor site progress and support programme delivery milestones
  • Manage site logistics including deliveries, plant, and access coordination
  • Maintain clear communication with project stakeholders and wider delivery teams

Requirements

  • Previous experience managing renewable energy or infrastructure construction sites
  • Strong understanding of site health and safety requirements and construction best practice
  • Experience coordinating multiple contractors and work packages
  • Ability to work within fast paced project delivery environments
