Site Manager

• Supervise and manage all site activities for civil and structural construction works
• Monitor daily site progress to ensure work is executed according to drawings, specifications, and schedule
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
• Review construction drawings and ensure accuracy and compliance with approved plans
• Handle site documentation, including progress reports, RFIs, and inspection checklists
• Resolve technical and site-related issues proactively with all stakeholders
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
• Assist in project handover and commissioning processes
• Ensure the project stays on track in terms of cost, timeline, and workmanship quality.

• Must possess at least a diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• At least 5 years (managers) or 2 years (engineer) of working experience in construction, particularly in industrial projects
• Strong knowledge of civil and structural works, including foundation, concrete, and structural detailing
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Hands-on, proactive, and able to work independently on site
• Strong coordination and communication skills with a team-oriented mindset
• Willingness to be based in Johor Bahru and commit to project timelines
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is an advantage.
