This isn't just about 'checking boxes.' We need a leader. You will be the onsite authority, ensuring that $10M+ projects are delivered with precision. You’ll be expected to navigate complex build methodologies and maintain high standards of safety and quality while keeping the program on track.

Job Responsibility:

  • Leading D&C projects from site establishment through to hand-over
  • Managing a diverse range of sub-contractors and internal teams
  • Solving onsite bottlenecks with a 'solutions-first' mindset
  • Upholding rigorous Building Codes and Australian Standards

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in the $10m space
  • Recent experience as a Site Manager on Industrial, Commercial projects
  • Deep understanding of both Structures and Finishes
  • Experience navigating the Design & Construct process
  • Ability to command a site meeting and provide clear, professional monthly reports to management
  • Self-starter who can work independently but knows when to pull the team together

  • Organize any valuable action to prevent interruptions to erection activities, to reduce delays in work schedule, and bring costs back to budget levels
