Site Manager

• Leading and managing all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and schedules
• Championing a world-class health, safety, and environmental (HSE) culture on site, ensuring full compliance with all relevant legislation and project requirements
• Supervising and coordinating direct staff, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient workflow and productivity
• Monitoring progress against the project programme, identifying potential risks and delays, and implementing effective mitigation strategies
• Ensuring all works are carried out to the required quality standards, implementing and managing quality control procedures
• Managing site resources, including labour, plant, and materials, to optimise efficiency and control costs
• Maintaining accurate site records, including daily diaries, progress reports, and safety documentation
• Liaising effectively with project managers, engineers, commercial teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery
• Resolving any on-site issues or challenges in a timely and professional manner
• Conducting regular site inspections and toolbox talks

• Valid CSCS Black Card (Manager)
• Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) certificate
• Proven experience as a Site Manager on large-scale construction or infrastructure projects
