Job Description:

A global energy developer is preparing to deliver a 50MW Solar PV project near Exeter and requires an experienced Site Manager to support day-to-day delivery through the full construction phase. This role will act as the client’s on-site representative, coordinating EPC and ICP contractors and ensuring quality, progress and compliance are maintained from mobilisation through to completion.

Job Responsibility:

Manage daily site activities and coordinate contractor interfaces
Monitor progress against programme and report to the client’s project team
Ensure works are carried out safely and in accordance with contract specifications
Provide site leadership during construction, testing and energisation
Review method statements, RAMS, and ensure adherence to site procedures

Requirements:

Proven Site Management experience delivering utility-scale Solar projects
Experience working alongside EPC and ICP contractors
Strong understanding of civil, mechanical and electrical sequencing on Solar builds
Ability to lead on-site delivery independently with minimal supervision
