Operational Management: Oversee all site activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications and quality standards
Health & Safety: Maintain the highest standards of Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance, conducting regular safety briefings and risk assessments
Team Leadership: Manage and motivate site staff, subcontractors, and trade teams
Programme Delivery: Drive the project programme, effectively managing resources and resolving any on-site issues to meet deadlines
Quality Control: Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure a high standard of finish
Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, surveyors, and other key stakeholders
Requirements
Proven experience as a Site Manager on relevant construction projects - school refurbishments
Valid SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification
