Job Responsibility

Coordinate onsite project scope under direction of Project Manager
Coordinate between client site team and erector
Track deliveries
Track Field Change Notices
Report schedule progress
Main point of contact for all site meetings, scheduling, coordination, deliveries, and erector management
Understand project scope and communicate with erector, client, or other trades
Report issues, concerns, milestones, or incidents to project manager
Maintain delivery log and manage deliveries with shipping department
Prepare daily reports and track project progress
