Job Description

The Site Manager works in the Field department which in the E80 Group is responsible for managing all logistics system installation, implementation and commissioning operations at the customer’s plant. He/she will be responsible for making sure that time, costs and contractual quality standards are met.

Job Responsibility

  • Process planning and detailed scheduling of all installation, implementation and commissioning activities performed on the customer’s premises up to final testing
  • Effectively and efficiently organizing the activities of the team assigned to the project
  • Guaranteeing cost control in observance of the contractual specifications and quality standards and the assigned budget
  • Ensuring constant and timely communication between customer and the company
  • Managing all processes for modifying the project in relation to the original one, in collaboration with the project manager and customer
  • Managing non-conformity processes with technical and supply chain reference personnel
  • Guaranteeing the documented and formal acceptance of the systems and customer approval of the work phases carried out following all testing activities, in compliance with the times and methods set out in the contract
  • He/she is responsible, in collaboration with the company RSPP, of the aspects linked to worksite safety

Requirements

  • Complete a file breakdown, reviewing the tender, contract, plans, variations, colours schedules and details associated with the build of the customer’s home to ensure understanding of the build and clarifying any discrepancies
  • Effectively allocate trades to ensure a continuous flow of work on site, utilising the trade allocation team where required
  • Attend regular site visits to ensure progress, and works are completed to the required quality, codes, and timeframes
  • Confirm works are ready for next trades as scheduled
  • Check works are complete and arrange timely rectification work on site as required
