Site Manager

• Lead and manage all site operations to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient execution of engineering and construction-related services
• serve as the primary point of contact with USAF leadership and contracting representatives
• oversee planning, scheduling, and delivery of all PWS requirements
• enforce safety, quality, and regulatory compliance standards
• manage site-level forecasting, and cost control
• direct and develop a multi-disciplinary workforce to maintain proper staffing, accountability, and performance
• identify and mitigate operational and contractual risks
• manage subcontractors, vendors, and supply chain activities
• ensure timely, accurate reporting and communication with AFCAP program leadership while continuously driving improvements in performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
• coordinate all work prioritization and investigation
• attend engineering, base logistics, deployment, exercise, safety, and force protection meetings as required

• Minimum ten (10) years' experience related to the requirements and qualifications necessary to manage and perform the task
• knowledge of principles of engineering, planning, project programming, and ability to interpret plans and drawings
• experience in management and supervision of an engineering staff
• excellent communication, analytical, project management and supervisory skills
• desktop computer skills with proficiency in full range of Microsoft Office products
• capable of preparing management level reports and presentations
• must be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET US Government Clearance
• US Citizenship is required to obtain a SECRET Clearance
• possess a valid state issued driver's license
• shall be a USN
• Lead Electrical Engineer (licensed engineer is mandatory) with minimum of five (5) years’ experience related to the requirements and qualifications necessary to manage and perform the task
• knowledge of principles of engineering, planning, project programming, and ability to interpret plans and drawings
• shall be a registered professional engineer in the discipline of electrical engineering
