Job Description

We are recruiting experienced Site Managers to lead high-security construction projects in Cheltenham and Oxford. These are critical environment projects requiring strong Principal Contractor (PC) knowledge and a Mechanical or Electrical bias, with a solid understanding of both disciplines. You will be responsible for the safe and effective day-to-day management of site activities, ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and installation standards.

Job Responsibility

  • Day-to-day site management in line with the Principal Contractor role
  • Monitoring and reviewing RAMS
  • Health & Safety site leadership and compliance
  • Managing physical installations and quality compliance
  • Snagging and project close-out activities
  • Working within live operational / critical environments

Requirements

  • Experienced Site Manager
  • Strong Principal Contractor (PC) knowledge
  • Mechanical or Electrical bias
  • Solid understanding of both mechanical and electrical disciplines
