Job Responsibility:

  • Take the Lead: Direct subcontractors and site teams on landmark schemes
  • Quality & Safety: Maintain the gold standard for site safety and "right first time" delivery

Requirements:

  • Background: Experience with a Main Contractor on projects £5m+
  • The "Step-Up": If you're an ASM, you'll need a proven track record of managing specific packages and a hunger for more responsibility
  • The Essentials: SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold), and First Aid
  • Vibe: Professional, organized, and a strong communicator who can lead a diverse site

  • Organize any valuable action to prevent interruptions to erection activities, to reduce delays in work schedule, and bring costs back to budget levels
