Job Description:

We are currently looking for a Site Manager to join our Construction team. Your role will encompass developing schedules, overseeing on-site activities, ensuring safety compliance, and adjusting plans to meet deadlines and project goals. You will lead and assign tasks to the construction team, enforce quality control, conduct inspections, and maintain safety standards. Additionally, you will manage resources and materials, coordinate with suppliers, control costs, and keep within budget. You will also maintain comprehensive records, handle permits, and communicate project status to stakeholders and senior management. Furthermore, you will address construction issues, ensure client satisfaction, identify risks, and implement mitigation and contingency plans.

Job Responsibility:

Develop schedules, oversee on-site activities, ensure safety compliance, and adjust plans to meet deadlines and project goals
Lead and assign tasks to the construction team, enforce quality control, conduct inspections, and maintain safety standards
Manage resources and materials, coordinate with suppliers, control costs, and keep within budget
Maintain comprehensive records, handle permits, and communicate project status to stakeholders and senior management
Address construction issues, ensure client satisfaction, identify risks, and implement mitigation and contingency plans

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Energy, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
7+ years in construction management (renewable energy or infrastructure preferred)
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Construction Management Software (ideally Procore)
knowledge of PV systems, construction practices, and relevant regulations, codes, and standards
Strong leadership, team management, and project organization skills
ability to oversee day-to-day construction activities on-site
Effective problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, with a proactive approach to resolving construction-related issues
Strong written and oral communication
experience working in international project settings
professional interaction with clients, engineers, contractors, and team members
