Job Description:

In this role, you’ll manage a 5-15k sq ft distribution center, the local warehouse operating team, and be responsible for ensuring we maintain high quality for our customers.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage a 5-15k sq ft distribution center and the local warehouse operating team
  • Recruit, lead, coach & retain a high-performing team of Shift Leads (3+) and Operations Associates (6+)
  • Own day-to-day operations of a DashMart warehouse
  • Ensure site processes run smoothly, efficiently and safely
  • Own scheduling and manage a labor budget
  • Ensure warehouse meets site-level metric goals
  • Lead team in providing customers with the best possible experience
  • Maintain key quality metrics including order accuracy and fulfillment speed
  • Work cross-functionally with central teams
  • Use data to identify pain-points or areas of inefficiency
  • Design, build and execute process improvement projects

Requirements:

  • 3+ years’ of team leadership experience in high volume operations (retail, grocery, hospitality, fulfilment, logistics or operations) with a track record of developing people and delivering results
