Job Responsibility:

  • be responsible for the management and maintenance of the properties assigned to you and ensure that our parking garages are operated properly
  • take comprehensive care of sales, cost and quality management
  • be the first point of contact for our local contractual partners
  • lead your team on site, create duty rosters, and ensure the motivation, coordination, and development of the team
  • monitor and maintain the parking management system and the lighting, and to repair minor malfunctions if necessary
  • take over information management, including research, procurement, processing, forwarding and administration of information
  • perform administrative tasks, such as maintaining databases and managing files

Requirements:

  • completed commercial or technical training, ideally with initial industry experience
  • technical skills for handling our processes
  • strong communication skills and display a friendly and convincing demeanor
  • strong team, success and solution orientation and are willing to work shifts
  • proficient use of common MS Office programs
  • very good German skills
  • a Class 3/B driving licence

  • Organize any valuable action to prevent interruptions to erection activities, to reduce delays in work schedule, and bring costs back to budget levels
