Job Description:

Randstad UK CPE team is looking to onboard experienced Site Managers to support one of our Tier-1 clients in Wiltshire. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of subcontractors, ensuring strict adherence to security protocols and high-spec safety standards.

Job Responsibility:

  • Managing various trades and subcontractors
  • Ensuring all works meet the client's standards
  • Managing site access and maintaining site confidentiality
  • Maintaining a safety record, conducting RAMS reviews, and daily toolbox talks

Requirements:

  • Valid Security Clearance
  • Valid Tickets SMSTS, CSCS Black/Gold Card, First Aid at Work
  • Proven track record on MoD, RAF, or high-security government projects

  • Establish and check reporting for Head Office and, according to the Project Manager’s directives, to Client
  • Organize any valuable action to prevent interruptions to erection activities, to reduce delays in work schedule, and bring costs back to budget levels
